This comes in light of a recent $1 million mold remediation project that has been proposed to remove mold in a Department of Education building in Dandridge,Tennesee.

The proposal is to restore the Department of Education building, part of which was built in 1845. Mold problems caused the office staff to move out in July of this year and find quarters in a bank building in Dandridge. The mold removal proposal is being considered, as opposed to a $11 million proposal for a brand new building.
