USA Presents 2-Day Factory Appliance Repair Association Event in Santa Ana

The United Servicers Association is committed to helping its members by providing appliance repair training with educational tools to improve business relationships and make a positive difference in the home service industry.

This fall the USA appliance repair association (http://www.appliancerepairtraining.org) is taking their Fall RSM appliance repair training program to over a dozen major cities in the US. Each event will feature hands-on factory appliance repair training from major appliance manufacturers with Whirlpool, Bosch and Electrolux. The appliance repair training workshops will also offer a series of business management topics including internet marketing, calculating the hourly cost of a service call, flat rate pricing and technician productivity through new technology.

The factory appliance repair training event will include 2 meals and those who are spending the night will be offered discounted sleeping rooms and parking. Each day will feature three, 4-hour sessions repeated twice each day so that managers and/or their technicians can attend every session or just the sessions pertinent to their job.

USA will share with attendees proven strategies on how to improve their business in each of the areas listed above. Manufacturers will have products to tear-down and demonstrate the current appliance repair techniques associated with their brand.

Registration to the RSM appliance repair training events is open to all service companies. Registration to a regional event also entitles new USA members a first year full membership in United Servicers Association.
