Produce a great product, treat your customers like gold, do not get greedy with your margins and you have a recipe for success. It's still hard work, but it pays dividends. We treat every customer as if they are our only customer. Does it work? We have so much repeat business that we absolutely know it does."

Retail e-commerce is forecasting strong growth through to 2017, after that well who knows? But smaller retailers need to make sure they are represented. Fulfilment centers are springing up in every corner of every continent, thus breaking down the barriers to global sales. The time is right, and the time to get on the e-commerce train is now.
