Krafty Music Spiffs Up Official Youtube Channel With Free Music Lessons

Krafty Pick Punch Jam

(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, July 09, 2014 ) Los Angeles, California -- Krafty, a musical accessories startup, is happy to announce that free music theory lessons will be provided on their official Youtube Channel. Solidaz band, the company's first endorsers, will be conducting tutorials on how to play guitar. The band hails from Hamilton New Zealand, is composed of: Kristen Hapi (Drums/Vocals), Cam Hapi (Guitar/Piano/Vocals) Chris Toal (Piano/Vocals) Mark Tamati (Bass/Vocals), and sole Canadian Samantha Chemerika (vocals/percussion/). Cam Hapi, guitarist for the band, says they are excited to endorse Krafty's pick punch products because they're so indispensable. The band was named Krafty's first endorsers in February of this year. The band is currently on tour in China.

Krafty spokesperson Chris Moal says the company is excited to share their passion for music. He adds, "We're all musicians here, and we love what we do. Our pick punch product is a result of that. We're happy to help anyone interested to learn." Krafty feels many students of music underestimate the power of picks. They say picks, sometimes called plectrums, are essential to perfecting different strumming techniques that produce beautiful sounds from any kind of stringed acoustic instrument, whether they're traditional guitars, banjos or unusual ones like double neck guitars with knee levers and pedals used for country music.

Krafty further explains that plectrums actually come in different sizes and thickness for producing different sound qualities. Thicker ones are used for metal stringed instruments for a heavier sound while thinner plectrums are advised for creating gentler melodies. They say that picks are also a necessity: no one can play any stringed instrument for longer periods without experiencing any cuts.

The company adds that no musical performance can be as poignant without the help of the simple pick, that's why it's a must for any musician to have one ready at all times. Krafty's Pik Me Up DIY pick maker is a convenient tool for creating customizable picks from any standard plastic board up to a millimeter thick. It's a handy accessory that saves time and money.

The Pik Me Up pick punch is currently on sale at Amazon.com. Each purchase includes 3 colorful plastic strips to get started. This pick punch product can be used with any durable plastic card: old bank cards, IDs or any plastic boards up to .9mm thick. All picks made are compatible with 351 pick style dimensions. All picks are customizable and can be glued together to create a thicker pick.
