"The tangled cord was a problem until I had a light bulb moment while jogging," says Tiffany Paul, head of design and research for Great Case, "I put the phone in the case the normal way around, but wore the actual case upside down so that the headphone jack was now at the top, this not only stopped the cable from becoming tangled, but it made operation of the phone with my opposite hand so much easier."
