Trained Sports, the relatively new sports equipment company released their own agility ladder. The equipment is said to be a fundamental gear not only for sports enthusiasts but also for those looking into putting fitness training into their lives.
The agility ladder by Trained Sports comes with 12 flat plastic rungs designed to prevent ankle rollover. The equipment also has adjustable training lengths in order to accommodate different needs of different training levels. According to Trained Sports, this equipment can be used anywhere – in the gym, on an open field, or at home.
