What the research found, was that when people walked, whether it be inside on a treadmill, or outdoors in nature, their creativity went up, as opposed to people sitting.

According to Great Case, the medical research is overwhelming for the health benefits of walking, and because its an exercise that humans have done for over a million years, its the first exercise that should be introduced, after long periods of inactivity.
