(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, August 18, 2014 ) Los Angeles, California -- Trained Sports, a new producer of modern sports equipment, enumerated the benefits of using agility ladder for training. The video, barely one minute long, describes the features of their agility ladder and how you can get the most out of it.
Agility ladders have been used by training coaches for improving footwork. Sports such as boxing, soccer and basketball are only a few activities that require being agile. Chris Moal, CEO of Trained Sports, says that the company aims to produce sports equipment which is affordable and useful. He then adds that Trained Sports is also encouraging home fitness aficionados to make use of training exercises at home.
"Trained Sports believes in the idea that physical fitness training is a great way to improve not only a person's athletic skills but also in enhancing the overall health. So we aim to create equipment that are user and budget friendly to most people," Chris Moal says.
"We are not only targeting athletes or professional players but we would like to see even kids to start becoming aware of taking good care of their health. Exercise and fitness training is just the first step towards living a healthier life," continues Moal. "Hopefully Trained Sports will be able to continue this awareness even for beginner level fitness buffs."
The agility ladder made by Trained Sports comes with 15 flat plastic rungs and is good for multi-directional footwork training. When more than one ladder is used, more complex activities can be derived. The agility ladder is sold at Amazon for $35 and free shipping.
