(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, August 25, 2014 ) Los Angeles, California -- Chris Moal, CEO of Trained Sports, talks about basic tips on how to use one of their sports equipment, the agility ladder. These tips can be used by anyone planning to use an agility ladder as part of home fitness training. The tips can also be used even without a direct supervision of a trained or sports coach.
"Trained Sports would like to share basic information that will hopefully help home fitness buffs make use of their agility ladder. I would not like to think that some would just buy the equipment without knowing what to do with it. However, I understand that sometimes we get stuck with things and using the agility ladder can be one of them," Chris Moal says.
Moal says that exercises using agility ladder are rather flexible and can be combined to other parts of a fitness session. The exercises can be used as a part of a warm-up, technical session or of the fitness training.
Moal also shares that agility exercises can also be personalized in order to meet a certain player's role. In order to maximize the use of agility ladder, athletes should carefully concentrate on their skill and make use of appropriate biomechanics. A player should not simple run through the equipment without doing it as fast as their game's speed or without including the rest of their body. A team coach can also use the agility ladder in designing competitive agility exercises to add challenge to the training.
Trained Sports agility ladder is available on Amazon.
