Trained Sports CEO Reveals Advantages Of Agility Training For Athletes

(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, September 08, 2014 ) Los Angeles, California -- Athletes can definitely benefit from agility training says Chris Moal, CEO of Trained Sports. For an athlete to be agile, he should also be powerful and strong enough while still maintaining good balance and body control. Some advantages of good balance in sports like basketball and volleyball are the capacities to start and stop quickly or change their body's direction as soon as needed.

With agility training, a person can also enhance his endurance. When a person trains his body to bear exercises like jump roping for long periods of time, it improves a person's ability to perform competently for longer periods. When a person develops his endurance with the help of agility training, the recovery time needed after exercising would be much less than without appropriate endurance since the body becomes more prepared to withstand the impact of particular motions on the body.
