“I enjoyed the chance to retrace the scenes and settings of “Gone Girl” during my short visit,” said the Rat Pack specialist. “I stayed in the same hotel as Ben Affleck, his family and other main characters. The Cape Girardeau Courthouse (without the artificial snow). The shoreline scenes of the Mississippi River.”

Everywhere Michael went in Cape Girardeau, the restaurants, stores, even the gas station, he listened to dozens of stories and events which involved the “Gone Girl” production and staff. “Everyone had an anecdote about an encounter with the crew or an actor.”

The Isle Casino, Cape Girardeau was the last stop on Carluccio’s Missouri Rat Pack Legends tour. In the previous week, he entertained 450 guests of the Isle of Capri in Boonville. Carluccio has appeared in front of Hollywood’s elite at the Golden Apple Awards, the Las Vegas MGM Grand, the Skyview Terrace and Tropicana stages, the St. Louis Fox Theater, New York’s Central Park Amphitheater and the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, the Andiamo’s Night Club, the Whitney and Greektown Casino in Michigan.
