A Step And Repeat LA Client Ordered A Backdrop At 1:30 AM On A Sunday Morning And Received It At 9AM

She noticed an email from a past client had just come in at that time. Thinking it was odd to get the email at that time of the night, she clicked on it and saw that the client needed a step and repeat backdrop for an event the next day and the company had forgotten to order one. The client was emailing with the idea that on an off-chance someone might see the email the next morning, but to her shock, she got an email back within seconds from the Executive Director of Step and Repeat LA at 1:31 AM. She was amazed to find that the Executive Director said, yes, if she sent over the logos for the step and repeat right then, Step and Repeat LA would be able to design, print and fabricate the backdrop and have it ready at 9 AM Sunday morning for pickup. As this was less than 9 hours later and in the middle of the night on a Sat night, the client expressed her amazement with an "OMG!!" email response. The step and repeat backdrop was ready on time when the customer arrived to pick it up on Sunday morning.
