As a result, the company is still trying to service a profit deficit of more than $3,447 that was incurred from a product promotion carried out at the start of this quarter.
The company has already been surveying and analyzing several ecommerce websites in order to accommodate their products. The company has set an objective to list their products in at least two other popular ecommerce websites by the end of 2014. The e-commerce platforms under consideration include Ebay, Shopify and Etsy.
The new objectives also detail the company's commitment to enhance both customer and investor relation. Towards this end, the company has launched a new Facebook page and revamped their website to provide better user experience.
"We want to increase the level at which we interact with our customers and investors by up to 90%. We previously only interacted with our customers on our product listing page on Amazon. However, starting from this coming quarter, we will upscale the interaction to our blog and new social media platforms," Mark said.
The objectives will be monitored by a team of strategic advisors during the fourth quarter. Depending on the results, Dulce Cocina will decide whether to implement the objectives in the next fiscal quarter.
