Los Angles Press Releases

(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, December 09, 2014 ) Los Angeles, California -- Health enthusiasts have become more interested in resistance bands especially with the need to be mobile virtually all the time. However, there are still other people who are not willing to try resistance bands simply because they do not know how to use them. Chris Moal, Trained Sports CEO, informs consumers on how to use this portable sports equipment.
Choosing resistance bands can sometimes be confusing for consumers. Moal says, "With resistance bands, you can do things the same things that you can do using free weights. But there is a difference between the positions you can do with resistance bands. You can grip the handles while doing overhead presses while standing on the band, for instance. You can also position the band around a pole to perform chest exercises of shoulder rotations."
Bands also have some advantages over machines and weights. Resistance bands are obviously more lightweight such that they can simply be packed inside a bag and carried even on travels. There really is no reason to miss doing your workouts.
"Another way resistance bands can help is to improve coordination. Because working out with bands deal with tension during exercises, our bodies need stabilization. Through stabilization, you will be able to develop balance and coordination while strengthening your muscle groups," Moal continues.
Resistance bands are also known for creating and adding variety into the same old routines. Weights unfortunately have some restrictions of the number of exercises that can be done with it. With resistance bands, routines can be done in various ways to make exercises different. This makes the body feel different, so that the workout feels different, too.
Resistance bands can also be purchased cheaply compared to other sports equipment and is a great choice for those who are on a budget.
"All fitness levels can also take advantage of resistance bands so whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, there are exercises designed for you," Moal concludes.
Trained Sports Resistance bands are exclusively sold on Amazon.
