(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, January 29, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- Trained Sports CEO Chris Moal is keen on sharing information to customers in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. The company provides novel sports equipment that’s convenient and affordable. One of their equipment is the Trained Sports Agility Ladder, equipment that is frequently used for improving speed and agility.
Moal shares to customers some tips on how to become more active in their daily lives. These simple tips when followed, can make a great difference into a sedentary lifestyle. Moal starts by saying that lunch can be taken on the move and that there are ways to not spend lunch time sitting.
"You can go to the gym or do a 2-minute walk with your colleagues and then eat after," Moal suggests. Moal also encourages getting a pedometer or step-counters, which are affordable and simple to use. "The best thing about it is that it can help you monitor how active your lifestyle is. Try building up to 7000 steps each day. More is better," Moal says.
The next tip Moal shares may sound very obvious but a lot of people forget its impact. Moal suggests taking the stairs instead of using the elevators and escalators when possible. Also, turning off your gadgets, TV and computer can help limit your "sit time".
"You can instead spend more active time by visiting the gym or just tidying up around the house," Moal suggests. Moal also recommends walking an extra stop when riding the bus or subway. Just get off one or two stops earlier and walk the remaining distance.
"You can also try looking for the farthest parking space when driving to work or when running errands, you can just park your car farther from your destination. This may not seem much but when done, these few minutes of exercise will add up," Moal continues.
Moal then suggests getting cardiovascular equipment for use at home. It is convenient and is usually more reasonable than what most people think. Lastly, Moal suggests participating in a new sport. "The more you will enjoy the new exercise, the greater is the possibility that you will stick to it," Moal says.
