(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, February 02, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- Being physically fit needs more than just motivation and determination. Trained Sports, a sports equipment distributor, is a comparatively young distributor of sports equipment. Chris Moal, CEO of the mentioned company, is a fitness buff who imagines that more and more people would be attracted to physical training with the help of their sports equipment such as the Agility Ladder.

Moal shares some exercise secrets that would help an individual maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. His first tip involves setting realistic and time-specific goals.

"Never strive for something that is improbable. Instead, concentrate on improving healthy behaviors. This means that there is no need to worry if you can't run 5000 miles yet. Focus on making walking a habit for 15 minutes a day gradually increasing the time and distance," he says.
Another tip that Moal shared includes using the buddy system.

"Find someone you trust who also wants to start a healthier lifestyle and encourage each other. You can also do exercises together or plan healthier meals. This is one chance to enjoy each other's company and to improve your relationship," Moal continues.

If schedule is too hectic to fit exercising, think again. Moal says that there is no need to go to a gym or buy expensive exercise equipment in order to stay fit.

"If you have floor space, doing simple floor exercises with target areas such as legs, thighs or hips and buttocks can make a huge difference than doing nothing at all. Doing 10-12 repetitions for each exercise is a good start. You can then add more repetitions and intensity later when building strength," Moal adds.
