Los Angles Press Releases
|
(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, February 03, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- Trained Sports CEO, Chris Moal, is a fitness enthusiast keen on sharing useful information to customers anything related to health and fitness. Moal's company specializes in distributing sports equipment that is modern, portable and affordable. One their sports tools is the Agility Ladder, which is currently experiencing great comments from users.
According to Moal, anyone can squeeze exercises into their daily lives despite a busy schedule. This is because research suggests that even one minute of intense exercise can help improve one's fitness.
"In a research, participants were asked to train on stationary bikes 3 times a week for a period of 6 weeks. Their program also included three 20-second sprints as part of a 10-minute workout. The research found that the participants experienced a 12% increase in their cardiorespiratory fitness. The researchers also found that the participant's ability to burn fat improved," Moal says.
Moal encourages doing the same training adaptations that one would typically get from endurance training by extremely short interval sessions. This happens because the quick sprints are very intense, activating fast-switch muscle fibers that are usually dormant when doing moderate exercise and daily activities. It also means that more muscles are working in less time, making the workouts extremely brief. So the good news is that even on very busy days, there is still time for a cardio workout.
"The small bursts of hard work can also make the heart stronger plus it makes the blood vessels become more elastic so that your body can bring more oxygen into your muscles," Moal explains.
However, the research involved only overweight and sedentary participants. But then other research says that the advantages would still be experienced for fitter guys and would still improve muscle and cardiovascular health.
