Los Angles Press Releases

(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, February 06, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- Trained Sports is a sports equipment distributor specializing in modern and portable sports equipment for home use. One of their sports tools include the Trained Sports Agility Ladder, used in improving balance and agility. Chris Moal, CEO of mentioned company, is a fitness addict himself and is determined to share information to customers regarding physical fitness.
Moal shares exercise tips to avoid injury and to ensure that a person will stick to the workout. He talks about common sense, listening to your body's responses and understanding basic techniques. Of course it is crucial that a physician's advice is sought before starting any exercise program.
First of all, Moal suggests stopping when the exercise hurts. "Seek medical help whenever you feel discomfort of pain or feel breathless or begin to experience irregular heartbeat. In other words, listen to your body and respond immediately," Moal advices.
Warming up and cooling down is also an important part of any workout. Before starting any exercises, slowly stretch and after the activity, cooling down with slow stretching is also helpful for the muscles to get used to the activities.
"Another important thing to remember for those planning to live a more active lifestyle is to learn to pace one's self. Training too fast or too hard can lead to injury so it is suggested that you have at least one day for recovery. Working your body through pain will cause even more damage," Moal adds.
Moal advices to combine other physical activities so that overtraining will be avoided. Also, whenever a joint is prone to injury, taping or strapping it before exercising might help. Better yet, consult an exercise physiologist to recommend a program to help strengthen the injured part.
Lastly, Moal warns on staying hydrated since a person loses more or less one and one-half liters of fluid for every hour of exercise. Drink water before doing the exercise, while doing it and after the activity.
