Effective Ways To Burn Body Fat Faster From Trained Sports CEO

Moal says that anyone determined enough to stay fit can include exercises into their daily lives even with a busy schedule. "Even a minute of high intensity exercise can make a difference in a person's fitness. A study tried to see how intense activities done for short bursts of time affect the ability to burn fat. The participants trained on stationary bikes thrice a week for six weeks. They were also asked to make three 2-second sprints for their 10-minute workout. The researchers discovered that the participants had improved their cardiorespiratory fitness by 12 percent. Most importantly, their ability to burn fat also improved significantly," Moal says.

Moal recommends doing the same training as in the study. A person can sprint for a minute and walk for the next minute for thirty minutes. So all in all, a person should have done 15 minutes of sprinting and 15 minutes of walking – technique that is sure to burn more fat even after the workout. Moal explains that since the sprints are intense, it activates the fast-switch muscle fibers that are typically at rest when doing normal or moderate intensity activities. This just means that high intensity workouts for short intervals of time can burn fat more efficiently and that there is now no excuse for not working out.

The study however was done with overweight and sedentary people. Fortunately, another research that involved physically fit guys determined that similar advantages would still be experienced.
