Brownies and sheet cake must be cut into square prior to serving and pies should be sliced 1 and ½ inches across the widest part.

To reduce fat and calories in a chocolate recipe, try using a cup of finely chopped chocolate instead of using two. "Small pieces of chocolate with produce more chips into each bite so that you will not feel deprived. I suggest keeping in mind the same idea when adding calorie-dense ingredients such as nuts," Levy adds.
