Case TechÂ™ Donates To Humanitarian Organization To Help Build New School In Haiti

Case Tech™, a brand new California based company, does not necessarily fit the image or the scale of a large corporation yet. The founders and owners of the company told us how they have always been sensitive to the importance of helping others and it has become part of their way of life. It does not surprise then that they have wanted to include the same concept as part of the way to conduct their business.

As a result, Case Tech co-founder and VP for Production, Cinzia Aversa, announced today that the company will donate 10% of their revenues for the whole month of March to FOHO, The Future Of Haiti Organization.

FOHO was founded in the U.S. in January 2011 with the goal to rehabilitate Haiti to the Pearl of the Antilles that it was in the 1950's and 1960's. Its strategy is to salvage the children, and in particular the 200,000 abandoned children living on the streets of Haiti. Among various charitable projects, the organization also runs an orphanage and humanitarian school in Haiti since the devastating earthquake of 2010.

Through time, more and more children in need have arrived at the Haitian orphanage and the need for larger and better school premises has become pressing. With the project for the school underway, FOHO has recently doubled the efforts to raise funds for the construction of the school which once completed will be able to educate 1000 students and will include a cafeteria, a conference room, laboratories and a library. FOHO's dream to rehabilitate Haiti by creating the next generation of leaders is becoming more and more real.

My husband and I are already sponsoring one of the orphanage kids and we plan to travel to Haiti to meet her and the other children this year.
