Los Angles Press Releases

(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, March 17, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- CEO of sports equipment distributor company, Trained Sports, is determined to share information to customers that will help improve their physical and general health through exercise. The company distributes sports equipment that is lightweight, affordable and versatile. Trained Sports Agility Ladder is one of their sports equipment used for improving speed and agility.
Moal reveals to customers important tips on adding more activity into their daily lives. The tips can simply be incorporated into a sedentary lifestyle and can surprisingly create a difference.
Moal suggests that lunch should be taken on the move and spending it sitting down should be avoided. "You can work out for 30 minutes and spend the rest of lunch break eating and getting ready for work," Moal says.
Moal also recommends having a pedometer, also known as step-counters, which are simple to use and affordable. A pedometer is said to help track how active a person's lifestyle is. Moal recommends building up to 7000 or more steps each day.
Moal recommends taking the stairs instead of the escalators and elevators whenever there is a chance. This is an obvious and simple enough advice that does not get followed most of the time. Turning off the TV, gadgets and computer can also help restrict sitting time. "Instead of spending much time sitting, try spending more active time by going to the gym or by simply tidying up the house," Moal says,
Moal says walking an extra stop when taking the bus or subway can also help increase physical activity. Simply get off a stop earlier then walk the rest of the way. "When running errands or driving to work, simply park your car a little distance from your destination. It may not seem a lot but when done several times a week, the few minutes of exercise can add up to something," Moal adds.
Moal also recommends getting cardiovascular equipment for home use, which is convenient and reasonable. Participating in a new sport is also a great idea according to Moal. "Just make sure you love the sport so that you will have more motivation to stick to it," Moal continues.
