Moal recommends choosing an effective exercise program such as cardio or aerobic exercises, strength training or interval training. Aerobic or cardio exercises are often done by performing activities such as dancing, walking or running for a certain length of time. Strength training helps tone the whole body by doing exercises for 20 minutes a day. Interval training on the other hand, is doing a moderate to high intensity movements for a short amount of time and then performing a low-intensity movement for an equal amount of time.
