(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, April 05, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- Chris Moal of Trained Sports believes that if people knew what agility training can do to them they would definitely try out agility training. Research has shown that one of the benefits of agility training is boosting mental performance.
The research had their military participants groups into two. The groups both participated in six weeks of training with the experimental group undergoing agility training with agility ladders and the control group performing standard physical training. The control group's workout included calisthenics and jogging. At the end of the training, the participants were given different tests. The results showed that standard military training improved the participants' endurance while the participants in the experimental group were found to have improved their memory, concentration and footwork.
Apart from improving memory and brain functions, there are also other benefits of agility training, Moal says. "Performing varied exercise routines can help athletes and non-athletes avoid fatigue or burnouts. Agility training is conclusively one way for people to achieve their desired fitness goals and at the same time enhance their body and mind," Moal says.
Moal suggests incorporating agility training into certain days of the week if there is really no time to get away from regular workout programs. He adds, "Agility ladders are versatile sports tools that can let you perform simple and complicated routines in order to help you have better coordination, balance and reaction time."
Trained Sports Agility Ladder is usually used for agility training by athletes. Now with the benefit that agility training comes for memory and cognitive function, even regular people can take advantage of this training. The ladder comes with flat plastic rungs that prevent ankle rollover.
