Los Angles Press Releases

(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, April 09, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- A lot of people who are physically inactive have weight concerns. Unfortunately, fat people also find it difficult to stay physically active, too. CEO of Trained Sports, Chris Moal, shares effective ways to add more physical activity into a person's daily life. Trained Sports distributes sports tools that are convenient, mobile and affordable. One of their tools on Amazon is their agility ladder used to improve speed, acceleration, balance, coordination and agility.
Moal says that physical activities can be made more social for it to be more fun. Walking with family members, friend or spouse during free hours of the day can certainly be fun than walking alone. Going to a fitness class or fitness center can also be helpful because of the monitoring that these services offer. Knowing a person's progress can definitely be more inspiring than not knowing anything at all.
"It is recommended that sitting time such as watching TV, doing social media is minimized. When your schedule becomes hectic, you can do a cardio activity while doing something else that can be done while sitting such as working on the treadmill while watching TV," Moal says.
Keeping an exercise log can also be helpful when trying to add physical activity. Doing this allows a person to keep track of the amount of physical activity that he performs daily. This way, he will have an idea when and how he can add more into his routine.
"Setting a schedule for working out can reduce chances of forgetting to work out. This is usually important if you are trying to lose weight or doing exercises to improve flexibility. Plan your week and set a certain time of the day or days of the week when you can do your workout. Also, do not forget to record it in your exercise log," Moal adds.
Moal suggests rewarding oneself when achieving goals. He recommends setting short-term goals and thinking of specific rewards for each goal. This way, a person stays motivated to stay on track. But take note that rewards should be fitness related like new sports equipment or new running shoes.
