Los Angles Press Releases
|
(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, April 16, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- For those who are not accustomed to doing physical activity and still not into an exercise program, an increase in physical activity would be beneficial, says CEO of Trained Sports, Chris Moal. Trained Sports brought their Resistance Bands on Amazon last year, where it is still available.
Moal says, "In order to increase resistance and immunity against diseases, aerobic activities will be great. These activities can also help reduce the risk of developing heart diseases since these activities help increase heart rate. Studies reveal that brisk walking for at least 15 to 20 minutes a day comes with a lot of advantages."
But how much physical activity does a healthy person need? The recommendation of the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans says two and one-half hours of moderate intensity aerobic exercise each week is beneficial. High intensity aerobic activities should be done for at least 1.25 hours every week. To reduce the risks of injury, the activities can also be divided evenly into several days.
Moal suggests combining high and moderate intensity exercises at different days of the week. High intensity exercises can be done today followed by doing moderate intensity activities the next day. He also says that exercises can be divided into smaller workouts to be done in a minimum of ten minutes. Healthy grownups are also recommended to do muscle-strengthening exercises at least twice a week. Kids are also recommended to be allowed at least an hour of physical activity every day.
Trained Sports specializes in distributing sports tools that are convenient and affordable. One of their sports tools is their Resistance Bands on Amazon.
