It helps prevent these lifestyle diseases by reducing triglyceride levels of the body. The advantage of increasing HDL levels of the body can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of his age.

Moal adds that HDL also allows the blood to circulate better, which also helps prevent heart diseases. He says, "Regular physical exercise can help prevent a lot of diseases since it also helps boost the body's immune system. Aside from that, it helps relieve depression so there's really no way a person would not want to exercise regularly. It would be his ticket to a better and healthier life."
