(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, April 20, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- Trained Sports is a sports equipment distributor that aims to provide convenient and simple to use equipment that can be used by advanced and beginner level individuals. Trained Sports Resistance Bands are one of their tools available on Amazon, a tool that is known to be portable and versatile. Chris Moal, the CEO of the said company, is a self-professed fitness buff who finds pleasure in sharing useful information about physical fitness and health.

Moal discusses effective safety tips to help a person avoid injury while exercising. This is to let a person stay motivated and continue exercising for long. Moal suggests mastering basic techniques, learning how to listen to a person's body and having common sense. A physician's advice is also recommended for those people who have health related problems such as hypertension and heart problems.

Moal also reminds that it is ok to stop when the body feels discomfort. He says, "If you start feeling uncomfortable, you feel breathless or have irregular heartbeat, I suggest that you find medical help immediately. Be sensitive to what your body is saying and respond immediately."

Warming up before the exercise and cooling down after a workout is a helpful way to keep the muscles in good condition, says Moal. Stretch muscles gradually before starting each workout and stretch them slowly, too, after a workout. This is said to help the muscles become used to physical activities.

Moal also warns against overtraining. "It is important for anybody longing to lead an active lifestyle tl learn how to pace himself. Training excessively or hurriedly can lead to unpleasant injuries so it would be a good idea to set at least a day of rest in a week. Forcing your body to work through the pain can just do more harm than good," he says.

In order to avoid overtraining, Moal recommends combining physical activities. If an individual's joint is prone to injury, he says that taping or strapping the joint prior to doing a workout. An exercise physiologist would also be helpful since he would be able to suggest a program that would strengthen the injured area.
