Cuddles Customer Asks Why Newborn Baby Doesn't Sleep Through The Night

During that communication Jessica subsequently told the Cuddles member of staff that her baby had trouble sleeping through the night. The staff member decided to assist her with her dilemma.

Also the Cuddles' staff member suggested it's best to give the baby a chance to fall asleep on their own from between six weeks and eight weeks, but to place the baby down on their back when sleepy, but still awake, but Jessica was warned if the baby is rocked or fed to sleep the baby may become dependent on such a process, rather than be used to settling on their own.

A bedtime routine is to be set. To be kept short and simple, such as a bath, a diaper change, then into nightclothes, and a story or song. Jessica was told she could also try massaging the baby. And also finish the bedtime ritual in the baby's bedroom, and to make sure that the room is a pleasant place to be.
