Los Angles Press Releases

(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, May 02, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- CEO of sports distributor Trained Sports, Chris Moal, is a physical fitness enthusiast who loves to share helpful information to his customers regarding physical fitness. Trained Sports offers free information to their customers in the hope that they will help improve their lives through physical fitness. Moal here discusses how the lungs can benefit from regular physical activity.
Moal says that the amount of air that a person needs in order to breathe depends on the intensity of his physical activity. "A person sitting down for example, only takes approximately 15 breaths per minute. However, when a person exercises he breathes more and his heart rate increases. An elite athlete is said to breathe 40-60 breaths each minute," Moal says.
The lungs must be capable of responding to the body's need to supply oxygen to the body. As a person starts to move, his muscles tell the brain that his body requires more oxygen. The brain then tells the diaphragm and the muscles between the ribs such that they will relax and contract more often, which results to a person taking in more breaths, says Moal. Moal adds, "The lungs will absorb and carry more oxygen to the muscles you are using while performing the exercise."
Moal also explains that to increase physical activity, the muscles need to provide more energy. The muscles can do this by breaking down glucose from food. Furthermore, oxygen is crucial when breaking down glucose from food intake. If the body is not able to provide enough oxygen, the muscles resort to providing energy in a different way – by building up chemicals also called lactic acid, which causes cramps.
Moal says, "Athletes train so that their lungs will become more efficient and that their muscles would take longer to create lactic acid. It means that athletes' muscles can withstand more intense physical activities."
Trained Sports Agility Ladder is exclusively available on Amazon. The tool comes with a free e-book on agility ladder drills and six free training cones. The promotion is only good for purchases made this month of April.
