(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, May 11, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- Sports distributor Trained Sports, sells sports tools that are modern, convenient and portable. Chris Moal, CEO of said company, is a fitness enthusiast who loves sharing useful information to customers about physical exercise. Trained Sports shares free information to customers thinking that this way, people will be motivated to improve their general health through regular exercise.

Moal explains that the intensity of physical activity a person does affects the amount of air he needs to breathe. "For instance, a person sitting down usually takes 15 breaths every minute. But as a person exercises, he needs to breathe more while his heart rate also increases. Elite athletes are known to breathe 40 to 60 breaths per minute," he says.

The lungs should be able to respond to the body's needs of supplying oxygen to the body, says Moal. While a person moves, his muscles send a message to the brain that it needs more oxygen. The brain also sends the message to the diaphragm and the person's muscles between his ribs so that they will contract more often, resulting to a person breathing more often, Moal explains. "This will also make the lungs supply more oxygen into the muscles that are active when doing exercises."

Moal says that in order to improve physical activity, the muscles must be able to supply more energy. The muscles do this as it breaks down glucose from food. Also, oxygen is required during the break down of glucose from food. When the body does not offer enough oxygen, the muscles will then try to get energy in a different manner. The muscles build up chemicals known as lactic acid, which is responsible for muscle cramps, Moal says.

Moal adds, "Athletes train intensely so that their lungs will be more efficient and that it would take a longer time before it creates lactic acid. This means that muscles of athletes can withstand intense activities longer before the muscles cramp."

Trained Sports Agility Ladder is exclusively available on Amazon. The sports tool ships with a free carrying bag for added mobility.
