Los Angles Press Releases
|
(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, June 12, 2015 ) Costa Mesa, California -- Didakay Sport, a US based company specializing in sports accessories, has announced the launch of its new selfie stick. The SnapGo Selfie Stick, which extends telescopically up to 3.5 feet, is designed specifically smartphone owners who want to take a self-portrait while in remote locations or when there just isn't anyone around to take their picture. The Didakay selfie stick combines ease of use, no batteries needed, and a firm grip handle to simplify taking pictures.
"The selfie stick is a concept whose time has come," said founder Douglas Hamp. "It allows a farther than arm's length photo angle which greatly enhances the quality of the self-portrait." The selfie stick works by holding the user's phone in a secure gripper laid on its side. A cable is then plugged in to the phone's earphone jack thus linking the phone with the stick. In order to take a photo, the user must depress a button on the stick.
Said one satisfied customer, "We used the selfie stick to capture a picture of us when we were up in the mountains and there literally was no one around to take our picture. Rather than trying to use the phone camera's timer and positioning the phone on a wall or something, the SnapGo Selfie Stick allowed us to just hold our phone about six feet from us (the length of my husband's arm plus the selfie stick). Because of the SnapGo, we were able to get some really great shots which we most certainly would not have gotten otherwise." She further added, "Now that we have the SnapGo, we are more excited than ever about getting some great any time we go for a trip.
