Finally, Levy explains how to cut calories in chocolate chip cookies by reducing chocolate content by half. "In order to lower calories content in chocolate chip cookies, use only half the required amount and chop the chocolate finely. Finer pieces will mean more chocolate chips into each bite so that you won't feel deprived. This technique can also be done to other high calorie ingredients such as dried fruits and nuts," Levy adds.
