Los Angles Press Releases
|
(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, August 07, 2015 ) Los Angeles, California -- Although training cones are common in the sports world, non-athletes may find this sports tool queer. Trained Sports CEO, Chris Moal, shares some of the things that can be done with training cones. The company just released their set of 24 training cones on Amazon.
"Anyone can improve their athletic side with the help of cone drills by placing cones in different positions around a field or court. A person can then run from a cone to another in a pattern that will help improve agility, speed and endurance. There are many ways to position the cones and the pattern with which you run across the cones can also vary, helping you become agile as well as fast," Moal says.
Moal says that cones can also be used in speed training alone. Using cones are known to help improve maximum speed for a particular sport. Running as fast as possible through the cones in a pattern can train the skeletal muscles to contract rapidly, resulting to an improved running speed. Moal says that this is especially helpful for basketball players and short distance sprinters.
In order to use for agility training, setting up a number of cones in various patterns that need plenty of forward, backward and lateral body movements is helpful. Agility is known as the body's capacity to change position efficiently and also requires coordination and balance. This skill is helpful for soccer or football players, Moal says.
Trained Sports training cones have just recently been introduced on Amazon. It comes in a set of 24 cones with a free agility drill e-book. On top of that, the cones can also be easily transported with its free carrying strap.
