Los Angeles Designer Lori Dennis Stars In New Series On The Design Network

(LosAngeles.CityRegions.Com, February 05, 2016 ) Los Angeles, California -- The Design Network (TDN) has cast leading American Interior Designer Lori Dennis to star in it's new series Designer Smack Down East vs. West Coast. Other leading Los Angeles talent includes Joe Lucas and Lonnie Paul of the Bill and Giuliana Rancic and the Today Show, as well as reality TV veteran Thom Felicia (Queer Eye For the Straight Guy).

The series features eight of the best interior designers in the United States, four from the West Coast and four from the East Coast. Designers tour viewers through three rooms of an impressive project that they've created and highlight unique elements in the spaces. The show compares and contrasts interiors from both sides of the country.

"Our design practice and the Lori Dennis brand revolves around the indoor outdoor life-style," says Sarah Lowe, Design PR. "The client we featured is a wine affectionado, it was fun seeing our Unbreakable Wine Glasses filmed for the series."

The series is in the final weeks of post production and will air in mid April.

"West Coast design is fresh, fun while still being sophisticated. One of our rooms is a sophisticated smoking club with doors that fully retract to open to the outdoors," said Lori Dennis. " We filmed in the end of January, I can't ever imagine that happening in New York."

TDN is run by Jason Harris, whose family owns Furnitureland South, the world's largest furniture store. Growing up with furniture in his genes and playing an active role in the unprecedented success of his family's namesake business, Jason has had his finger on the pulse of the home design world for years.
