The window feeder for birds features a detachable feeding tray, meaning that in adverse weather conditions the user can leave the feeder outside, but bring the tray inside to add more feed, or to clean and maintain. Additionally the feed tray has a water tray built-in, which negates the need for a separate tray on the window.
